A free-standing modular hoarding system designed for fast installation, Hoardfence® installs easily on uneven ground and is relocatable across project phases.
Hoardfence® is a modular, free-standing external hoarding system, used to secure construction sites quickly and efficiently. Built for fast, flexible installation, it provides robust perimeter protection without the need for digging or permanent fixings.
The system features lightweight PVC panels, steel support posts and concrete ballast blocks, creating a stable and secure boundary solution. Variable hitch connections allow posts to be locked into perfect plumb, accommodating uneven or sloping ground in any direction.
Available in 2.25m and 2.7m heights, Hoardfence® panels can be easily cut on site to ensure a tight fit around existing structures. The modular design allows for fast installation using just three tools, helping you save time and labour during setup.
Designed to be reconfigured, relocated and reused, Hoardfence® is available for hire or purchase and can move with your project through multiple phases. Manufactured from 85% recycled materials and fully recyclable at the end of its working life, Hoardfence offers a more sustainable hoarding solution for defining secure site boundaries.

Is Hoardfence more sustainable than timber hoarding?
Our Hoardfence system is made from 85% recycled PVC and 15% virgin uPVC. All the components are suitable for reuse multiple times and are fully recyclable, keeping them out of landfill and saving environmental resources and costs.
Do you offer Hoardfence for purchase and/or hire?
We offer both options and can help you determine which option is best suits your site requirements and is more commercially viable.
Is Hoardfence designed to meet wind load requirements?
Hoardfence is modular in design and has been designed so that it can be adapted to meet with site specific wind loading requirements. Westgate carries out site specific wind load calculations with our in-house structural engineer for each installation to ensure full compliance is achieved.
Is Hoardfence a fully operational perimeter fencing system?
Hoardfence comes with optional pedestrian doors, vehicle gates for secure and safe site access.
And can it carry site and messaging graphics? Hoardfence is designed to carry graphics and messaging including advertising, product or service promotion, displaying company branding, logos, and, “coming soon” messages to engage the public. Vinyl graphics are easily applied and removed, causing no damage to the panel surface, especially important when the hoarding is on hire.
What are your lead times and stock availability?
We hold a large UK stock and for standard products can deliver and install within 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner where required.
