Warehouse and delivery shutdown – ERP implementation
Over recent months we have been working on the development of a new ERP (business operation) system for Westgate Global, designed to enhance our processes and operational efficiency.
We are delighted that our new ERP system is now ready for implementation and we will be putting this into operation over the first May bank holiday weekend (Friday 1st to Monday 4th May 2026).
How will this effect our customers?
As we switch our ordering and financial information across to the new system, there will be a few necessary and unavoidable impacts on our customers.
Please take note of the impacts and dates outlined below and share this information with any colleagues in your business who may be affected by these changes.
1. Warehouse closure
Orders and deliveries:
We will be closing our warehouse and despatch operations from 4.30pm on Monday 27th April through to the end of the bank holiday Monday, 4th May inclusive.
This means any orders received after 4.30pm on Monday 27th April will not be delivered until Tuesday 5th May. These will be despatched from 12.00 noon onwards on that day.
Scheduled deliveries:
We will be able to process pre-scheduled orders during the shut-down. These will need to be processed and booked in advance and the cut off for this arrangement will 4.30pm on Friday 24th April. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your requirement and book a scheduled delivery slot.
Off-hire collections:
Hoardfast®/Hoardfence® off-hires will continue as normal. Please speak to your usual Westgate Global contact regarding these.
2. Invoicing
We will be invoicing up until month end (Thursday 30th April) as usual. Please ensure your payments are made as per your usual schedule.
