Myco, construction contractors, required a safe and secure external site compound for a Manchester city project. 

Having already partnered with Myco Contracts Ltd on various projects, both in London and more recently at the same Manchester location, Westgate Global was once again called upon to support their on-site requirements. 

Myco had previously experienced the benefits of Westgate’s internal hoarding products, with around 80 linear metres of our Hoardfast uPVC system, supplied earlier in the project. Impressed by the quality of the product and our solution-focused approach, Myco returned to us when they needed to establish a secure external compound. 

The site compound, located on the street adjacent to the project site, needed to serve several purposes: 
• Safe unloading of deliveries 
• Waste removal access 
• Secure storage for materials and equipment 

To meet these needs, Westgate supplied and installed the Hoardfence system, a temporary steel faced hoarding panel solution ideal for external use. Its robust design provides excellent site security and public safety, while the modular format ensures easy installation and adaptability. 

By choosing Hoardfence, Myco Contracts were able to keep operations running smoothly and maintain site safety standards without compromising on flexibility or security.
